From the bright minerality of an 80-year-old Chardonnay vineyard in Burgundy's Terres Dorées to rare finds from coastal California, every pour is chosen to elevate the flavors of the sea. We open our doors nightly at 5 p.m., welcoming guests to experience food crafted from the heart in the heart of Pacific Grove.
